Am taking Maureen's scraps on the road. They have traveled far and can't stop now! I am wanting to try a different method for these timeless fabrics...using simple tools and lots of freedom! Love that owl!
Have a good trip Helen - I love the owl too. I bought the fabric to use in a quilt for one of my grandsons, the owl is a native of NZ real name Ruru but known as a Morepork - if you heard one calling in the night it sounds as if it really is saying "more pork" - just misses off the please!!
I love the idea of a scrap swap. It will be fun to see what you do with these fabrics. I know what you mean about the freedom of carrying along some simple handwork. Safe travels.
Awesome - scraps-to-go!

ReplyDeleteMorepork should have a fine time in Arkansas, the Razorback state!
