...is still progress, according to Jessica. Thank you very much! Have 16 new hexies basted and another strip sewn. Slow and steady can be very satisfying. And Ms. Piggy still makes me smile!
Oh yes! I hadn't seen Ms. Piggy before. It's fun how some little aspect of the project will keep us going. She'll do it for sure! It's stunning so far!
Beautiful! I love the different whites: it makes it look so fresh. Beautiful colour scheme. Miss Piggy jumps out, but only once you've spotted her. Sweet! JJ
I love Miss Piggy, too! Yes, slow and steady is definitely progress. (And, I've found, the most consistent method of approaching the finish line...how many projects do I have that started with a flash and then fizzled out?) Love the blue and white. :)
I love the way it is coming together and the alternating white strips are terrific. I am with Adrienne…hand appliqué scares me a bit, but maybe someday :)
It looks great, I love it.
ReplyDeleteAre you alternating white strips? Looks good..
ReplyDeleteYes, I am not buying new fabric for this quilt.
DeleteLove the blue! Hand-applique scares me … so this makes you awesome in my books!
