Who's Counting?

Was delighted to receive these beautiful fabrics from my friend Eri Sakakibara this week.  She has given me many wonderful pieces from her unique stash for my Indigo Hexies.  I feel very honored to work with them.

I have lost count of how many hexies I basted this week...

I guess about dozen got appliqued, but I would rather sew than count!

  4. Such a beautiful project: so simple, yet each piece of blue is like a little framed picture. Keep going! I totally agree: stitching rather than counting. As long as it keeps growing... JJ

    1. It is long enough for a nap quilt, but not wide enough. Need more strips... I never know how big my quilts will be until I get there!
