Counting Down

123 hexies here, most are sewed down for this final week of Monday Morning Star Count at Jessica's blog.   They look so good on my dining room table that I may change my mind yet again and sew the strips together for a table runner.  My china is blue and white so that closes the deal!  Miss Piggy is smiling, too...probably glad to be on the table and not on a platter.

  1. Wow! This looks great. From the thumbnail photo, I thought," Polka dots--yea!" But closer up they look even more sophisticated. They'll look so great with your blue and white china. Funny how these projects evolve.

  2. It's beautiful! You made great progress from last week. And it makes a nice table runner.

  8. Beautiful! I love the blue and white. I often find that "one thing leads to two" and have had ideas of other epp projects I want to do since starting this one.

  9. Oh wow this is turning out just beautifully. Have you appliqued each hexie by hand? What a lovely piece of art Helen, nicely done!

    Happy Sewing

  10. Beautiful! This is looking great! I've probably said it before, but the variety of blues is SO pretty, and the smiling pig looks right at home.
